Many, perhaps most, doctors in the Bahamas went to medical school and residency in the United States or Canada. 2) The Bahamas is a jurisdiction that welcomes natural healing methods as long as they are safe and likely to be effective.The laws of the Bahamas allow for the use of safe methods of medical care and medications from many nations. 3) The Bahamas has good weather year round and is easily accessed from the USA, Canada and Europe. 4) Nassau has a wide variety of accommodations from the spectacular to the serene and quaint.. 5) New Providence island, where Nassau is located, is rich in historical, cultural and scenic attractions and has some of the loveliest beaches on earth.

While in Nassau for medical treatment under the Advanced Alternatives program, patients are usually treated in their own hotel room by our staff physician rather than at our clinic. This is done in order to facilitate the most rapid healing and comfort of each patient, and to make it unnecessary for daily travel to our clinic. However, if treatment is given in the clinic, it is very easy to reach from any part of Nassau. The clinic is located on the main road that leads from the airport to the downtown area of Nassau. The clinic is located on Bay Street between Cable Beach and Paradise Island, near downtown Nassau.

Advanced Alternatives clients in Nassau are treated by highly trained and experienced physicians fully licensed to provide the gamut of medical and surgical care. Each client is given an initial consultation by a certified oncologist as well as being examined and treated by our main treating physician. If a medical emergency were to occur, two large hospitals, the most prestigious in the country, are located very close by.
